		BASE standard analysis tools include normalization, filtering, and clustering. We show the correction factor plot from Lowess (intensity-based) normalization that was performed prior to plotting the M-A values.
		The plug-in architecture of BASE allows new analysis tools to be added as they are developed. We've expanded our installation to include plug-ins for analysis of replicate experiments. Here we show a histogram of p-values calculated using the Student's t-test, output from one such plug-in developed at Massachusetts General Hospital.
